It certainly took me long enough to get to this book! I'm glad the series is finally concluded. I've enjoyed them and will probably re-read them at some point. Not sure if I'll buy the rest of the collected novellas / short story collections I don't have yet . . .

Not really much to blog about. If you've not read the series, I highly recommend book one - I Am Number Four. If you don't enjoy it, stop there. If you do enjoy it, know that you won't have to wait for each "next book" to come out! They're all published.

I penciled in "Six" or "Four" at the chapters, even though the fonts are different. I am not a huge fan of changing narrators without some textual indication (other than the font). It's my own copy, so I can write in my own book!

I love these books! They're just fun page-turners. It still bugs me that you have to read a page or two of each chapter to know who's talking. The fonts are different for four, six, and Marina, but not significantly enough for me to just jump in and know whose "voice" I'm hearing. Once again, Setrakas Ra is on the move and doing his evil deeds . . . I can hardly wait for the next book!

While on the run, he connects with the mysterious Guard. The other two stories - The Navigator and The Guard - take us in to Lexa's world on Lorien and on Earth. Lots of adventure and stitching together the bits and pieces of the bigger story. Now on to The Fate of Ten!

The three stories - Five's Legacy, Return to Paradise, and Five's Betrayal - are just enough to tide me over until the next installment comes out. This is a very addictive series. Action, relationships, a few surprises. Since this book focuses on Five and Mark James, it is one of my least favorite in the series.

Completely enjoyed this escapist fiction, but wish the author had put the character names at the start of each chapter rather than just changing the font. Can't wait for the next book to come out!!!! Want to know what happened to Sam, meet Number Five, and see what happens to Setrakus Ra. Fun YA lit. No surprise that the U.S. government forms ties with the evil Mogadorians just to get access to technology and weapons . . .
